About Mrs. Susan Zapfe
Susan Zapfe wrote The Grumpy Biscuit after years of being a part of the Southern tradition of biscuit making and storytelling. She is a retired high school English teacher with three grown children of her own: Emma Lisa, Olivia, and Erik. She lives above the Mason-Dixon line with her husband, Reinhard.
